Asbury Cross Country Trails

An Asbury University trail used by their cross country teams around the Luce Physical Activities Center in Wilmore. These trails are open to the public when cross country meets aren’t occurring and offer some natural areas convenient to downtown Wilmore.

Safety:  Consider bringing drinking water, sunscreen, and sunglasses.

Trail Descriptions

Cross Country Perimeter Trail: A low change in elevation trail that is mostly grass that goes around the perimeter of the property. It has some wooded sections, but a lot of the trail is tree-lined on one side until it goes around the reservoir and the Luce Center.

Cross Country Cutoff Trails: Various short cuts or alternate routes through the course. Terrain is similar to the main perimeter trail.


Directions

Head into downtown Wilmore, turn onto W Main St. Park at the Luce Physical Activities Center.
